Raw Data Links

While there is a lot of weather data available on the Internet for free, sometimes the data is old or hard to read. Some companies provide more current and easier to interpret weather data but for a fee. Below are some of these companies that we use and like.

Accuweather - Current NexRad products. All products produced by the radar included.

Watches, warnings, special weather statements, SPC outlooks, more E-mailed to you as they are issued.

Weathertap - Most of the products from Accuweather, but faster downloads.

If you know of any good companies providing weather data for a fee, please submit them through our Weather Links Submission Form or E-mail us at wxlinks@severewx.com.

DISCLAIMER: Remember storm chasing exposes chasers to many hazardous and potentially deadly weather conditions such as lightning, dangerous roads, damaging winds, hail, and flying debris which puts the chaser's life at risk, particularly those who
have little or no experience and/or storm structure education. Learning to deal with these is best done by understanding supercells and thunderstorms, and riding with an experienced chaser before attempting to chase on their own. The author of these pages does not encourage storm chasing and is therefore not responsible for any actions as a result of what is seen here!
